Eugene M. "Sam" Reed, 85, of Williamsport, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at the VA Community Living Center in Martinsburg, W.Va. A memorial service will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, Williamsport, with the Rev. Mark A. Sandell and the Rev. Jeff Shull officiating. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Osborne Funeral Home, Williamsport.
