Floyd "Jack" Jacobs, 77, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at City Hospital. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Bucky Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
