Frances Marie Bartles Conner, 84, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at Fahrney-Keedy Memorial Home, Boonsboro, Md. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
