Francis D. Hinton, 83

Francis D. Hinton, 83, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Middleway (W.Va.) Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. Henry Christie will officiate.
