Francis R. "Bob" Shives, 85, of St. Thomas, Pa., died Friday, July 13, 2012, at his home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg, Pa. The service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Sideling Hill Christian Church, Needmore, Pa.
