Frank A. McKotch, 86, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs. A celebration of his life will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Berkeley Springs. Burial will be in Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg, Pa.
