George William Swink Jr., 83

George William Swink Jr., 83, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at his home while under the care of his three children after a battle with lung cancer. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. A celebration of life for Billy and his wife, Snooks, will be Wednesday at 11 a.m at the funeral home with Ed Floyd officiating. Burial with graveside military honors provided by the Tri-State Honor Guard will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
