Harold Scott Tarner, 90, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at The Southerlands in Front Royal, Va. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs.
