Born Sept. 4, 1916, she was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Lemuel S. Kulp; a son, Donald Ray Thayer Jr.; and two sisters, Margrett Johnson and Sarah Alice Jeffery.
She is survived by one brother, Donald Coryell of Harrisonburg, Va.; two daughters, Kathaleen (Kitty) Stultz and Deborah Musselwhite, both of Hagerstown; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Boonsboro Family Worship Center for 30 years and the Eastern Star for nine years. She did volunteer work for Greenway Baptist Church.
She retired from AirPax after 17 years and spent her remaining years enjoying and loving her family.
A memorial celebration will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Boonsboro Worship Center, 7605 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Md.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Boonsboro Family Worship Center in her honor.
Harriette believed that funerals should be a time of celebration of life and faith. She requested that people refrain from wearing dark colors to her memorial, but instead honor her with cheerful clothes that will brighten their day just as she did.
