Isabelle Belle Hollis Ramey, 90, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at the Hughes Home in Fredericksburg, Va. Private services were held at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va., with burial in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
