James Franklin Mellott, 55, of Boonsboro, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at his home. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. A graveside service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
