James H. "Butch" Gouker Jr., 53, of Hagerstown, Md., died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown.
Butch was previously employed by G&G Drywall Services in Hagerstown, and was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Maryland Terrapins fan.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Mae (nee Weddle) Gouker of Hagerstown; one sister, Sonya Gelwicks and her husband, Robert, of Hagerstown; two brothers, Gary Lee Gouker of Hagerstown and Mark Todd Gouker and his wife, Jamea, of Thurmont, Md.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Gouker Sr.
Services and interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Harman, Kenworthy & Minnich Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac St., Hagerstown.
