James Lawerance Martin, 71, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at his home. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
