James R. "Tink" Barnhart Sr., 75, of Warfordsburg, Pa., died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at his home. A memorial service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hancock Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Don Preston and the Rev. Robert D. Smith Sr. will officiate. A military service will be conducted by the Tri-State Honor Guard.
