Janice Mary Zeitler Welch, 55, of Needmore, Pa., died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Berkeley Springs. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs.
