Jeffrey Dean Lehman, age 54, of Chambersburg, Pa., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at his home.
He was born Oct. 10, 1958 in Tampa, Fla., the son of Nate and Kathy B. Lehman. He had been self-employed as a home improvement professional for the past 30 years. Jeff loved all odd jobs and easily created solutions for them. He was the perfect handyman and could confidently make it happen.
His positive attitude about life was contagious, because he trusted his intuition and trusted God. He lived a Big Life, knew and loved many people.
He was loyal and close to his family and friends, and always jumped at the opportunity to help people, because he loved so deeply.
Jeff is survived by his two children, Jessica (wife of Todd) Calvert of Ellicott City, Md., and Justin (husband of Elena) Lehman of Baltimore; his parents, Nate and Kathy of Chambersburg; and his sister, Natalie (wife of Barry Terwilliger) Lehman of Bullhead City, Ariz.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., with the Rev. Natalie Lehman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
