Jessie L. Lally, 91, of Winchester, Va., and formerly of Charles Town, W.Va., died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Evergreen Health and Rehabilitation Center in Winchester. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, W.Va.
