Jewell Geneva Powell, 90, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Grenich Care Home in Bunker Hill, W.Va. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
