Joan B. Bartles, 75, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va. A graveside service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant View Memory Gardens with the Rev. Arnold Brown and the Rev. Ralph Campbell officiating.
