Joann E. Miller Jobe, 75, of Bowie, Md., died Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at Prince George’s Hospital Center, Cheverly, Md. The family will receive friends Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va. The service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
