John Mark Wiley Sr., 80, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Willow Tree Manor in Charles Town, W.Va. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town, W.Va. The service will be private.
