Joseph Alfred Conley, 66, of Hagerstown, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown. The service will be Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Randall S. Reid officiating Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
