Joseph Anthony VanRensselaer, 49, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, March 16, 2013, at City Hospital. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Cook officiating. Burial will be private.
