Joyce Emma Bachner, 82, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Friday, May 27, 2011, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, Ranson. The service will be Tuesday at noon at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Md.
