Juanita W. Seal, 79, of Kabletown, W.Va., died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at her home. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town, W.Va. The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town.
