Judith Meacham Robertson, 77, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg. The graveside service will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. in Glenwood Cemetery, Washington, D.C.
