Kendra Michelle Bailey, 25, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at her home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon at Destiny Baptist Church. The service will be Saturday at noon at the church, with the Rev. Michael V. Norris officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg.
