Kenneth Eugene Taylor, 50, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at his home. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, with Pastor Robert Roadcap officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
