Kenneth Ross Albert, 76, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood, W.Va. The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Christine Olson officiating. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery.
