Mr. Lemuel "Lee" Osborne, 62, of 15725 S. Young Road in Greencastle, Pa., died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at ManorCare Nursing and Rehab Center in Chambersburg, Pa.
Born Aug. 27, 1950, in Hagerstown, Md., he was the son of the late Lemuel D. Osborne Jr. and Mildred F. (Spade) Osborne.
Mr. Osborne was a 1968 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School and attended Bailey Technical School in St. Louis, Mich.
He and his wife, Denise M. (Wempe) Osborne, were married Feb. 2, 1974, in Greencastle. They lived at their current residence for the past 12 years.
Mr. Osborne was the owner of Lee's Garage and Hot Rods, where they performed hot-rod restorations and state inspections from 1979 to 2012.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Megan Osborne of Greencastle; a cousin, Christopher Wolford, whom he and his wife raised; and one grandson, Matthew Padula.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home, 521 S. Washington St., Greencastle, with the Rev. Blaine Lougheed officiating. Burial will follow in Broadfording Church of God Cemetery, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Friends and family are invited to drive their hot rod on the day of the service in procession to the cemetery.
