Louise Ramey Moler, 91, died Saturday, March 31, 2012, in Colonial Heights, Va. The family will receive friends one hour before the service Saturday at Ashbury United Methodist Church in Charles Town, W.Va. The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Richard Kroll officiating. Burial will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town.
