Lucille R. Berry, 89, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, Charles Town. The memorial service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, W.Va. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.
