Mabel M. Tessier, 83, of Ranson, W.Va., died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Shenandoah Center, Charles Town, W.Va. Friends will be received Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.  The service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Charles Town. Pastor Jason Disch will officiate. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery.
