Marsha Mae West Plunkett, 34, of Hagerstown, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at the University of Maryland. Family will receive friends at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, Hagerstown from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. A graveside service will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at 2 p.m.
