Martin Bachner, 85, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, Ranson, W.Va. The service will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Bel Air, Md.
