Mary Frances Armstrong, 67, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at her residence. The family will receive friends at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Murrill Hill Cemetery.
