Naomi Eaton Webb, 85, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va., with the Rev. Duane Jensen officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Bolivar, W.Va. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
