Norma E. Branson, 71

Norma Elizabeth Branson, 71, of Shepherdstown, W.Va., died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. The family will receive friends Saturday at Asbury United Methodist Church in Shepherdstown, from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to the service. The service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with Pastor Rudolph M. Bropleh officiating. Burial will be in at Pleasant View Memory Gardens. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
