Due to a source’s error, an obituary in Tuesday’s Herald-Mail for Fred Rosario Delazio Jr., 72, of Hagerstown, Md., who died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va., omitted some information. He is survived by a daughter, Robin Melody Brooks and her husband, Steve, of Hagerstown.
