Patricia Rose O'Grady, 81, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at her home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, Berkeley Springs.
