Paul David “Ted” Coomler, 82, of Margate, Fla., and formerly of Charles Town, W.Va., died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011, at his residence. A funeral mass will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church in Charles Town. Burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, W.Va. Arrangements are by Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Charles Town.
