Ralph Kenneth Bloom, 80, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at War Memorial Hospital. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. The funeral home will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday. The service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Steve Dawson will officiate. Burial with military graveside rites by Tri-State Honor Guard will be in Mount Pleasant Church Cemetery.
