Richard E. Kipe, 92, of Mercersburg, Pa., died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at ManorCare Health Services in Chambersburg, Pa. A viewing will be Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home Inc., Mercersburg, and Wednesday one hour before the service at Two Top Fellowship Church, Mercersburg. The service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the church.
