Ricky Lee Biser, 53, of Sour Lane in Falling Waters, W.Va., died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. A graveside service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, with Pastor Virgil Cain officiating. Arrangements are by J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg.
