Robert Henry Fouch Jr., 68, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at Heartland of Martinsburg. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. A private memorial service will follow with Pastor Jeff Phillis officiating.
