Robert Morris “Bobby” Spitzer, 82, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Berkeley Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs. The service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenway Cemetery.
