Robert "Tracy" Scott, 46, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at his mother's residence. The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Campbell and Pastor L. Jack Rudy, officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
