Roy Edwin Staubs Sr., 65, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at Silver Grove United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Henry Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, W.Va. Family will receive friends at the church two hours prior to service. Arrangements by Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry.
