Sidney Allen Boarman, 75

Sidney Allen Boarman, 75, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at his home. The family will receive friends Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church. The service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the church, with Rufus Burton officiating. Military services will be held in Culpeper (Va.) National Cemetery for private interment. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
