Sonny Leroy “Pee Wee” Dugan, 41, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at City Hospital. The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home’s South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood, W.Va., Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. The service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel. Burial will be private.
